Electronic Directory

The role of the electronic directory is  to display the company name electronically for the convenience of the location used as the registered office or business place of multiple companies. (According to section 3(3) of the new Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622)) where any place is the registered office or business place of more than 6 companies, the registration of the company has complied with the relevant requirements for displaying the registered name at that location if the name is displayed at least once for at least 15 seconds each time, or as long as the registered name can be displayed within 4 minutes after someone requests the display of the registered name through an electronic device.
