Construction & civil works
Site CCTV that watches after dark,
warns in lifting zones, and records confined-space work
Built for building and engineering projects: 24-hour CCTV, night-time anti-theft, PPE and exclusion-zone AI, plant blind-spot coverage, corrosion-resistant cameras for confined spaces, and body-worn video for public-works rules. Before mains power, use solar / wireless. When the job ends, rent and take it back — no need to buy the whole site outright.

Confined-space / body-cam options
CCTV for building and engineering sites
Hoardings move, power comes on late, and lenses take dust or salt spray. The site team still has to watch materials, worker protection, lifting zones and confined-space tasks. After a theft, a breach or an accident, the project needs a clear video record for internal review and the contract file. CCTV that alerts live and stores the clip lets the safety officer spend time on the walk-round, not the playback room.
Night theft and empty hours
Hoardings shift and shifts hand over. Night is when every gate is hardest to cover.
Site accidents and liability
No PPE, walking into a lifting zone, work in a confined space — you need a warning, a process, and a clip you can find.
Short programmes, no power, hard to approve a lump sum
Early weeks have no stable power or network. If you buy the whole site and the job ends, the kit still has to go somewhere.
One site security stack
New sites, demolition, drainage / confined space, public works and temporary street hoardings.
Built around confined-space practice and public-works rules
Hardware + software platform + phone app + cloud recording. Besides the built-in battery, add solar, pack batteries or site power for longer runs.
- Mobile / portable IPCAM — temporary watch, up in hours
- Body camera — inspections, quality control, progress file
- 360° AI on plant — alarm when someone enters a blind spot
- Tower-crane / heavy-lift zones — detect overstep and keep the clip
- SS316(L) — corrosion and harsh duty
- Thermal — fire source, overheating, black perimeter

Questions we hear on site
No power and no fibre yet — will it still work?
Start with solar, battery and LTE / 5G portable IPCAM. Switch to a fixed system once power is stable.
Can a standard camera go in a confined space?
Sewers, waterfront and salt-spray sites should use SS316(L). We plan the video watch against the Labour Department confined-space code; final compliance follows the official text and the contract spec at the time.
Do public-works jobs always need a body camera?
From June 2026, new Development Bureau public-works contracts require front-line RSS and contractor supervisors to wear BWVC on inspection. Whether an older contract applies is down to that contract.
What happens to the kit when the job ends?
Rent for the full period and we collect, or buy only the pieces — such as gate cameras — that can move to the next site.
Will lifting-zone AI keep false-alarming?
We tune it to jib coverage, pedestrian routes and material stacks, and can add a human check.
Can we rent night anti-theft first and add AI later?
Yes. Start with gate and hoarding recording, then add PPE, lifting-zone or confined-space cameras.
